WE Data is currently hiring “IT Network Security Engineer” with the below requirements:

–2 years of experience

-Bachelor degree in IT, Computer science or any related field

· Receive and respond to calls

· Escalate complex problems to the relevant person and ensure the caller is apprised of his action

· Provide monitoring of the systems to ensure smooth operations

· the equipment to produce the required results in line with given work schedule

· Provide guidance and solution for routine problems or queries to ensure problem resolution with specified time scales

· Set up equipment to given parameters so it can operate to the required outputs and tolerances

· Identify and equipment malfunctions, make adjustments if possible or inform supervisor promptly so repairs can be affected

· Maintain and improve personal knowledge of IT systems by attending internal and external training courses
