Workplace: 8 and Sama Towers - Katameya

Job tasks

1- Responding to customer inquiries

2- Receiving and solving complaints about the maintenance department

3- Record all notifications on the customer service and maintenance system

Desired Skills and Experience

2 years' corporate experience in callcenter

Bachelor's degree

Demonstrate the ability to multitask with strong attention to details

Excellent organizational skills and initiative to improve processes..

working days : Saturday to Thursday from 12Am to 9 Pm

The salary range- form 3000-3500 net
