Strategy Planning and Network Evolution Engineer

1. Developing and formulating 3-5 years comprehensive strategies for technical department network

2. Alignment with corporate strategy, vendors' roadmaps and the other departments' plans having the vision and long term perspective that gives the organization direction.

3. Explore the Technology evolution and technology trends in the market in order to provide the inputs to the technical department network strategy.

4. Transform the strategy into Evolution Action Plans, Milestones and KPIs.

2-3 years experience in Radio optimization or Radio planning is preferred.
