Technical Support Engineer is required for a Multinational Company - BMB Group to be hired for one of its clients – located in 6th of October City.

Job Brief: Will be responsible for assisting customer on operational tasks, act as first line of support onsite, and day-to-day performance monitoring.

Job Requirements:

- Graduated from faculty of Engineering, Computer Science or related.

- 2-3 years of experience.

- CCNA is Mandatory

- CCNP Enterprise Infrastructure is preferred.

- Knowledge of CISCO routers, switches & Firewalls.

- QoS, Multicast, Routing protocols, TACACS, IPSEC & VPNs, Netflow, SNMP, and DNS.

- VMware ESXi

- VPN Technologies.

- Technical administration and installation for Network lines with ISPs (leased lines, 3G, VSAT, Fiber, Microwave.

- Excellent command in English.

- Very good communication skills.
