Job Requirements

Bachelor degree in Accounting Business Administration or a related field.

A minimum of 2-4 years of demonstrated compensation and benefits experience.

Good understanding of compensation concepts including job analysis market pricing and total rewards.

Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs policies procedures and applicable legislation.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Very Good level of English.
