we are hiring now Call center agents

Responsibilities:

1, Answer customer calls.

2, Make a survey with customers to measure the service level.

3, Handle and record customer complaints.

Requirements:

1-Good English spoken and written.

2-College graduated.

3-at least 6 months experience in call center.

4- have good knowledge about using a computer and Microsoft office.

5-Army service finished or exempted for males.

Location: Cairo, Ramses

Medical insurance +social insurance is a must.

Work hours: 8, two shifts.
