Job Description
Al-Rabat Business Group is seeking to hire a professional " Compensation and Benefits Specialist " by the following criteria:
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
- Prepare periodic payroll reports for review by management.
- Handle social insurance forms 1,2,6 and prepare ATM requests and any other relevant tasks.
- Ensure maintaining a service level agreement with the medical insurance provider.
Professional / Academic requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree. (Any)
From 2 – 4 years of experience in the same position
Background about the Pharmaceutical or call center field
