About the Job

· Manage workshop (factory) activities starting from sales plan to product handover to clients such as (Sales plan, Estimation, offers follow, Contracts follow and fabrication follow)

· Production follows, according to client contracts

· Projects right technical, financial and contractual close

· Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.

· Monitor production processes & outputs to resolve problems

· Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.) to execute the work according to client requirement

· Ensure QA standards, health and safety precautions are applied

Qualification

· BSc. of Mechanical Production/Industrial engineering

· 10+ years of experience in in factory or production

· High ability to lead and manage teams.

· Able to set plans and execute them in an efficient manner

حول الوظيفة

· ادارة انشطة الورشة (المصنع) بدءا من خطة البيع الى تسليم المنتج للعملاء مثل (خطة المبيعات، التقديرات، العروض متابعة، العقود متابعة ومتابعة التصنيع)

· الانتاج يتبع، وفقا لعقود العملاء

· المشروعات الحق في الاغلاق التقني والمالي والتعاقدي

· تنظيم سير العمل لتلبية المواصفات والمواعيد النهائية.

· مراقبة عمليات الانتاج والمخرجات لحل المشاكل

· تحديد كمية الموارد اللازمة (القوى العاملة والمواد الخام الخ) لتنفيذ العمل وفقا لمتطلبات العميل

· تاكد من تطبيق معايير QA وتطبيق احتياطات الصحة والسلامة

المؤهلات

بي اس سي. من الانتاج الميكانيكي / الهندسة الصناعية

خبرة اكثر من 10 عاما في المصنع او الانتاج

· قدرة عالية على قيادة وادارة الفرق.

· قادر على وضع الخطط وتنفيذها بكفاءة
