وظائف رئيس قسم الخزنة بشركة TAMEER

TAMEER is looking for a Treasury Section Head with 7+ years of overall experience, containing a minimum of 5 years in the Real Estate industry. The role will be basically responsible for:

- Handling day-to-day cash and treasury activities in line with the Authority Matrix, ensuring proper cash management process.

- Preparing Cash position worksheet, Loans repayment schedules, banks reconciliations and weekly liquidity report.

- Accounts analysis (notes receivable, checks under collection, notes payable and banks).

- Preparing periodic cash reports & cash out checks according to the authority matrix.

- Preparing Daily cash flows to ensure efficient cash management and sufficient funds for revenue items, capital budgets and major project plans.

- Developing and handling banks relationships, allocating business by different banks and negotiating with them regarding business fees.

- Conducting benchmark studies of banks and their services to evaluate whether it fits the company requirements.

Candidates must have proficiency dealing with Excel & ERP system.
