Administrative Assistant
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience of working on a Administrative Assistant.
- Strong communication skills.
-Organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
- Planning skills
-Proficiency in MS Office.
- 6th of October or Shiekh Zayed residents only.
Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities:
- Support senior managers and executives with daily clerical tasks.
-Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
-Excellent knowledge of office equipment٫ like printers and fax machines.
-Develop and maintain a filing system.
-Create spreadsheets and presentations.
-Provide statistical and budget reports.
-Greet and provide general support to visitors.
-Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures.
-Answer and direct phone calls.
-Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
-Maintain contact lists
-Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
-Submit and reconcile expense reports.
-Provide general support to visitors.
Company location: 6th of October - Industrial Zone - Giza, Egypt.
Working days: Sunday – Thursday.
Working hours: 8:30 – 5:30.
