- 3-5 years of experience

- Bachelor degree of Computer Science or related field is a must

Job description:

- Network Troubleshooting

- Have a knowledge in Routing & Switching

- Have a knowledge of domain environment

-Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks

- Setting up accounts for new users

- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary

- Having good documentation skills.

- Installs, troubleshoots, services, related PC software, telephones, cables, and connectors

- Preferable to have CCNA, MCSA background

- Troubleshooting and Installing OS Such as (Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10 and windows server 2012)

- Troubleshooting Microsoft office

- Troubleshooting USB and IP printers

- Troubleshooting IP phones

- Troubleshooting network connectivity problems
